Every company gets a different kind of motion.
Ten demos on one page, each for an invented company from a real trade. These are not templates to pick from. They are proof that the technique follows from what the company does: a pattern draws itself as you scroll, a liquid wave listens to scrolling like sound, glass wipes clean under a finger, chocolate is computed outside the browser, a book title breaks into letters, a gallery corridor slides sideways, a ridge pulls apart into planes, a pottery kiln gets an ember of its own, flour pours off a millstone, and the camera slips under a watch crystal and travels through the calibre. One WebGL canvas for the whole page, everything measured on a phone.

One full-screen shader: a liquid wave in graphite and copper, and scrolling modulates it like a knob on the console. No geometry, a single quad.
A pane of frosted glass over a card of fragrance notes; moving the cursor or a finger wipes the glass and reveals the names of the notes.

A book title breaks into letters in step with scrolling and reassembles into a quote from the cover of the next title. Typography is the hero, not a decoration.
A gallery corridor scrolled sideways: four works (two colour planes, a tonal passage, a typographic composition, a cut in aluminium) slide in one after another from the right, each with a caption.

A photograph lit anew. The ember travels deeper into the kiln as you scroll, and shadows and rim light are computed from a depth map of that same photograph.
A stream of grain falls onto a turning millstone, comes out as flour and settles into a heap. The density of the stream follows scrolling.

Grain drops onto the stone, comes out as flour and settles into a heap. The path of every grain is computed on the graphics card, and the colours are taken from photographs of grain and flour, not from a gradient.
The inside of a mechanical watch: the camera slips under the crystal and travels over the balance wheel with its hairspring, the brass gear train and the pallet fork of the escapement. The movement runs on scrolling.

The camera slips under the crystal and travels through the calibre: balance wheel, gear train, pallet fork. Scrolling winds the mainspring, and once you stop, the movement loses amplitude on its own.
Each of these demos took a dozen or so hours. The first screen of your site can start the same way: from what your company does.
